Lol running. Enjoy being a hungry skeleton forever.

I dont think I can run 1.5m

My stamina is shit

Manlets worrying about running 1.5 meters. Mfw that's a single step for me as the 6'7" king of manlets

>what is a hyperbole
Hi, stupid, each of my steps is infinity meters please shut the fuck up and get on my level.

I run a 7:40 1.5 mile. Enjoy dying in your 60s of heart disease while I still out lift you.

7.40 is crazy. how long did it take you get that kind of stamina and endurance? do you legs cramp up at all when you push yourself that much?

Ran 1.25 miles today in 8:08. So 9:45ish

I'll help you out. If you really want to get fast and don't care about strength, this program will take you there: 1) twice-a-day, as many days as you can - four, five or six days a week (2) increase your mileage, look, you guys are made of the same muscle and bone as me, you can do it. Find your own sweet spot (3) meet with a group twice a week if possible, race every 2-3 weeks(4) one tempo run of just four to six miles and (5) one workout of 1200m to 2000m repeats OR 16 to 24 by 150m to 300m (5) don't try to impress anyone, run within yourself

You're slow as fuck brah and I'm overweight.
Jk my 1.5 mile isn't much faster but you really gotta step your shit up

I can comfortably run 8.5-9 mph for two miles before I need a breather. I can sprint one mile at around 11 mph, but then I'm pretty winded, and will walk at 4 mph for a few minutes to get back to recover. On the weekends I go to Bolsa Chica beach and run down to Huntington Beach Pier in booty shorts and tennis shoes to get mired.

My sprinting regimine is done at work (I handle autistic kids at a public school).

> 20 X tard chases
> 5 X donut runs
> 15 X bench press (use a smaller child as a weight)
> 10 X chasing butterflies (I shit you not, I actually get paid $20 an hour to chase butterflies with retards)

run more fat fuck

damn son best i got was 8:00 flat

It took me about a year of running about 40 miles a week on 5-6 days a week. I read the book Jack Daniel's Running Formula and followed a lot of the stuff in there. Yeah running your hardest hurts like hell. I only get cramps if I am super dehydrated or if I have been lifting the day before and my main muscle groups are seriously fatigued.

I will throw this pamphlet out if anyone is serious about becoming a great runner. If you follow this guy exactly any of you can under 4:30 in the mile with enough time and dedication.

Run faster. This usually brings my time down

Link gave me an "Error has occured" message but still interested in pamphlet

Tfw I live in Colorado and almost hyperventilate after each run

Punch a group of niggers. Then run

cant outrun ma glock 40 wite boi

toppest of keks

1.5miles? Are you training for the army selection?

Hit the ground harder.

It actually works and people often time don't notice it's the easiest way to increase speed. Watch the upcoming Olympics and you'll notice it

I started my 1.5m at around 13:30. With HIIT, I'm at 10 now.

But I'm "heavy" 90kg(I know it's nothing regarding fit).

Run faster

Stopped running for a few months, was up to 2 miles in 12:38 though

Start running farther, not faster, once you have built up enough stamina, start running faster instead of farther.

I got an error too, but I would still like to see it.
