r8 my daily routine. 6'1, 230 male trying to lose weight/get more athletic. 2600-3000 resting caloric expendeiture.

Wake up
3x15 freeweight curls
3x15 curl ups
3x15 squats w/ freeweights
30 minute med-high intensity bike ride (gradually upping time)

1 banana or orange
1 can of tuna or protein bar w/ fiber
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 cup of coffee

Water liberally through the day. Whatever I want for dinner as long as it's around 1000-1500 cal.

A few times a week (2-4) I play a tennis match that usually goes about 1.5-2 hours and is pretty intense.

The routine and diet could both use a lot of work honestly. Though doing SOMETHING is always better than nothing.
