I eat everything. I may not be big but i'm fit. Where is da problema?

I mean, if you see supplements like whey, creatine or vitamins as not being natty, you might as well go full paleo. Most processed foods have at least as much science and unnatural processing behind them as these supplements.

I haven't tried paleo but it seems a very restrictive diet to me.

I am natty, but the idea of doing a cruise of test seems very attractive to me.

I am still making gains, but am starting to learn more about gear. If I can get where I want in strength and physique in the next 2 years I probably will just go that route.

But if you are serious about lifting, it is hard to deny the benefits of gear.

Despite junk food not being one of your staples, I'm sure you eat something with modified starches or other E-number ingredients, even if you know nothing about it.

I'll probably hop on some low doses of gear once I hit 23. Currently 20, and my gains have slowed hardcore after 2 years of lifting. By the time I'm 23, I imagine it will be near impossible to make any substantial gains. I just don't want to fuck up my hormones right now.

i understand that a person can look just as lean as they were before they put on the 18lbs but that doesn't mean it was pure muscle, its most likely some muscle and a lot of water and muscle glycogen
18lbs of actual muscle put on a body would make the person look like a completely different person
to build muscle you have to tear the actual muscle then repair it with protein, and that is a slow process, at most you can put on like .5 - 1 lb a month of pure muscle, so there's no fucking way anyone is putting on 9 lbs of actual muscle naturally
