What you need is to do STOMACH VACUUMS.

Start off just doing the vacuum for 3 sets of 10 seconds.

Then you will want to start doing vacuums with an ab wheel. Or doing vacuums with dumbbell pulldowns.

You also want to practice bracing withh a slight vacuum when doing
-squat
-deadlift
-press (or any overhead work, jerk, ohsquat, push press, etc)

If you do these things, you will get artmeus dolgin levels of waist control.

P.s. Really try to make you belly button touch your spine when you do your vacuums. Breathing vacuums are great for building endurance, but you cant go as deep with them. So i would do breathless vacuums first.
