Fat is voluminous and men hold it predominantly in their guts.

So he's 191lbs, 15% would have him holding about 29lbs of pic related spread about his body.

Seems like a reasonable call to me, especially since Veeky Forums typically overestimates bodyfat when asked, saying that myself, , am in the 15% range on my 181lbs frame whereas it seems fair enough to assume I'm holding around 16lbs of fat as the around 9% bodyfat test concluded.

I'm not exactly sure why I weigh as much as I do, have pretty broad shoulders and thick quads, arms are about 17.5 inch at the biceps. I had calliper test and it read 6.5% but my coach said its very likely its inaccurate. Also take in to consideration that in this pic I manipulated water and sodium to get a drier look.
