stop leaning forward
get a chair, work on squat form. do a squat over the chair, until you get to about seat height. then, hold it there, start listening to your body and see what feels off. counter that feeling. do this enough, it'll correct itself.
also, stretch, and figure out your personal stance. most people who have balancing issues are either squatting too narrow or too wide, or their toes aren't pointed the same way their knees are moving.

Even if your quads can handle it, all your other supporting muscles can't. Bring the weight down to where you can handle it, being the reps up to 8 and make them all slow controlled reps.

Try front squats
1. Goblet squats teach correct squatting technique instantly. Do them.
2. My experience is that when you're squatting more weight than you should the back bends forward. Lower your weight and stop ego lifting.
3. Try front squats. Just as good and you can't lean forward.

Slow and controlled. You bring it up to 8 reps so it's a weight you can handle with good form for those 8 reps. You do them slow and controlled, I'm talking 5 seconds down, 5 seconds up. Youll get top decked and rekt in no time.
