Quitting Lifting

215 down from 245. Lifted and cardio for nearly a year. Quitting lifting till I hit 175 (more cardio).
Anyone else doing this when cutting out of fat mode?

Dunno who that is but i hope she gets gangbanged

Why would you quit altogether?

She is a transitioning he now. The guy on the right makes internet vlogs for 2000 dollars a month on patreon. Ask /TV/ for more.
Because I dont have the energy for daily cardio AND lifting. Plus I eat less when not lifting. I really want to cut out of fat mode altogether. I can lift when I'm down to 175.

Is that Spoony? Whatever happened to that dude?

Don't quit. You're at the point in your cut where you're going to stall out of linear progression, yeah. Instead of letting your strength (your central nervous system gains) decay, lift twice a week just to keep yourself sharp.

Something like:

Squat 1x5 or 2x3 at current working weight
Bench 1x5 or 2x3 at current working weight
Deadlift 1x3 at current working weight
Press 1x3 at current working weight

Just enough to keep what gains you have.

I'm suffering through the same thing. I've been on a massive cut for 9 months - dropped from 375 to 236 - and all of my lifts have lost some 60-100 pounds. Instead of throwing yourself against the wall of linear progression on a cut, just coast where you're at.

that is retarded.

175 here down from 250

i quit cardio when i got to 190. the cortisol and fat replenishment was fucking me.

lifting is way more important for fat loss
t-nation.com/training/the-best-damn-cardio-article-period

if anything do anaerobic cardio (barbell complexes are fun) only.

lifting > diet > power gap > cardio

intermittent fasting is goat.

just don't worry so much on progression when in a deficit.

still try to add weight as often as you can, just don't try to follow a schedule designed for people in a caloric surplus

quit cardio.
100% serious.
it helps with fat loss so much.

kino was right

>She is a transitioning he now.
He to she or she to he?
Either way wouldwreckasshole/10

He makes 2K a month on patreon for shitting out nothing but vlogs. /TV/ makes threads on him daily and his view count rarely tops ten thousand anymore.
I don't have a gym membership so it would be impossible for me to do that. Id rather just stop being fat right now
>cardio won't make you lose weight
Wew

Note, the best cardio for weight loss is a long walk in a fasted state. The best thing you could do is walk 5 miles in the morning right when you wake up. It's extremely low impact and it will burn 500 calories easy.

>russet potatoes
whut?

MOOOODDSS Gregg is linking to his scam site again.
She to he (spstill looks the same just shitty haircut imo) mobile.twitter.com/annjakehehttps://twitter.com/annjakeh

I walk 5 miles in the morning after breakfast, I couldn't do it without energy.

carkomydrates are as good as preotine and fats for gains

kino helped me lose all the weight and make all the gains... why you so salty?
just don't pay the kike his 48 shekels, 'cause his program is useless compared to his articles and videos.

you have stored energy in the form of muscle glycogen and adipose tissue.

a 5 mile walk is not even... something i would consider remotely difficult to do in a fasted state.

i walk around the woods like 90% of the time i am fasting anyways...

Lost 39 pounds from cardio and quitting drinking, lifting just slows my fat loss and I got 35 more to go. I made good gains but I'd rather not be a fat fuck then a fatty with plenty of muscle. I'll reveluate my goals once I'm at 175

>I am more fit than you
Useful post bro

>thinks he can't be an active hooman bean without shoveling food down his face
dude... you are literally evolved to wake up, and go forage for food.

shit would usually require many times more than a 5 mile walk.... you are a tard.

>tfw 10/10 geek waifu turns into 3/10 dorky man-thing

>lifting slows my fat loss
literally the opposite of true.

lifting increases fat loss, assuming identical caloric intake.

i am at 175.
i am at your goal weight.

trust me when i say cardio made getting under 190 a fucking nightmare.

trust me when i say lifting is more important than counting calories.

i have made the journey you are on.

the leaner you get, the more cardio will fuck you.

lifting increases leptin sensitivity, you fat fuck.

unless you are 450 pounds, you are fit enough as well, faggot.

>eating slightly later burns fat
No it doesn't broscientist
It gets worse..

>215
>fatfuck
Kek.
Yes I'm so unusual that I eat breakfast

>She to he
Would still legit destroy his mangina and knockup, cuddle and kiss, anf make breakfast for in the morning

>215
>not a fatfuck

eating isn't unusual.

thinking you literally can't move without eating is HIGHLY unusual...

you should consider the many benefits of fasting intermittently
-increased leptin sensitivity
-increased insulin sensitivity
-peak levels of igf-1 and test during fasted states
-regulation of ghrelin
-increased anabolism, even with a deficit (as eating 1200-1800 kcal in a 4-8 hour window is highly anabolic)
-increased satiety
-ease of psychological compliance (imho the hugest and most underestimated factor for weight loss)

on an unrelated note...try actually reading the articles you were linked..

Sprouting shit from your ass.

It doesn't do any of that shit and when it does it's so fucking small that you cannot benefit from it.
It can help only with leptin and grelin.

it helps MASSIVELY with leptin and grehlin, however your gh is elevated pretty much any time your insulin is low (there are exceptions contingent on circumstance, this is the general rule) and is pretty close to peaked when fasted.

will you produce higher levels of IGF-1 if you fast than if you had never fasted?

no. your peak levels remain the same, determined from jennetix and such.

how frequently you have peak gh levels, and for how long you have them, is improved with IF.

for the same reason it helps with insulin sensitivity, it helps you have peak GH levels more often, and for slightly longer periods of time.

test it doesn't help with as much (or i should say, as directly), it is just when your igf-1 is raised, it has a tendency to raise your test.
again there are exceptions to this, but this is the general rule.....

p.s. check out the research of jim stoppani, if this is of interest to you

This, he called to gurgs IF meme for too long and became a full fledge broscientist
Would as well desu
If she grew a moustache from the test that would be a deal breaker tho.
