All oldfags on fit will agree cardio is important not for muscle gains but for health and overall not being a fat piece of shit.

I lift 12-30lb boxes off an assembly line onto a pallet for 40-50 hours a week as fast as the line shits them out. Is that cardio?

I started trying to do cardio, but fuck it is bad. I walk 3.5 mph for 20 minutes, heart rate stays at 170 the whole time. No wonder I almost die doing cleans and when I have sex.
