This is a decision formed among /plg/, /owg/ and Veeky Forums janitors (Commisar) to merge /plg/, /owg/ and all related threads to reduce board clutter.

Maybe you guys can help me. I'm not sure if I just have really week hamstrings or am not able to build the proper mind to muscle connection. I have been training HARD for the past 6 months my current lifts are as follows: squat-315 DL-315 bench-205 OHP-135x3 (mostly use as an assistance)
I'm not entirely sure why my DL is so lacking I feel as if it must be form but when I get someone to form check me im all good. pretty much my DL progress has been on par with my back squat progress and I feel as if it should be way higher any tips or even anecdotal experience would be much appreciated.
Also something I should add is that im definitely 100% hitting depth on my squats I train only ATG with both high bar and low bar
