You can manage to be more decadent without money. The poverty causes broken families, delinquent behavior, crime, etc. The Big cities in most Slavic countries are as decadent and nihilistic as it gets, and so are some villages, gambling and drinking their lives away.

This is an undeniable fact, it's just romanticized by non slavic spergs.

The only thing you could do in Belgrade is go to clubs and eat Serbian food. I'd advise you to go to some place with more nature desu.

I like art, but museums can be interesting too. I read Tesla's autobiography which got me interested in Serbia generally.
I don't mind clubbing, but is there really nothing else to do there? I went to Prague last year and loved it, want to visit more of eastern Europe
