Stop cutting, eat at maintenance for 8 weeks over summer and then bulk up.

I am probably going to get shit for this but I alternated p90x and insanity for about 2 years. I started at 205 and dropped to 130. For the last year I have focused more on gaining muscle and use a set of dumbbells 10-70lbs. I alternate these two routines every 3 months.
