I don't think he's natty but who knows, tried his basic routine when i started, actually made very good gains, the thing is he doesn't really do what he says he does in his videos, and personally i find his approach to calisthenics misguiding, with his way of training you plateau really quickly in terms of size, in less than a year i stopped growing completely

that's kind of how most bodyweight routines work, once you reach a certain point it's similar to cardio.

After a point you're supposed to add weights to your body if you want to keep gaining, if not you just keep toning. That or you do stupid amounts of reps which isn't always the best.

Bodyweight training is less aesthetic and more functional though than lifting. Though you should still do both.
