How long have you been running the routine for? Just out of curiosity.

About 6 months. Here's me beforehand. I'm focusing on getting more size.

chest is bigger, but your shoulders and lats are shit

Been doing the same split for a bit over a year. Focus on bench and add it to the day you hit shoulders. Hit shoulders hard. Don't forget the legs

what happened to your legs?

I like that you see some areas that I need to work on but if you could suggest exercises to correct my weakness that would be most beneficial.

your shoulders don't look natty

They improved as well. I don't have any pics but my squat went from 225 for 8 reps to 285 for 5 reps.

Leg press last set at 425 for 8 reps

My deadlift is 305lb x 3

The above are what I do on my final set, I don't ever try to do a 1RM

Zyzz was a juicer and had roid assistance while lifting. I also heard he didn't actually follow that routine and just did whatever he felt he needed to work on whenever he got in the gym.

Work on your shoulders. Work your traps as little as possible, youre close to getting that rounded look from too big of traps, thats a bad look.

i did the zyzz routine aswell when i started lifting. it's not good man. i did it for like 3 months, actually added some muscle mass but when i changed to a basic PPL split i gained like double the amount of muscles in the same time.

only if you juice it's probably a good routine but even then, there is better ones out there.
