I'm not a huge guy, but I've been working out for 2 years and am proud of the muscle I put on. I feel like I know what works and what doesn't
>Doing tricep pulldowns on 90 lbs
>some fat guy waddles over and in the midst of barely being able to breath, asks if I'm almost done with my sets
>tell him I just started and that he can work in if he wants
>finish my set and he waddles up to the machine, moves the weight from 90 to 30, and barely ekes out 6 reps
>Never seen someone sweat so hard from this exercise before
>almost see a vein come from his chubby watermelon arms
>surprised the fat fuck didn't get a heart attack from that set
>he finished his set (doesn't put the weight back to 90, like bro pls)

>Feels like the world is watching me do my set probably because he constitutes 1/5 of the world with all his fat
>I finish and move the weight back to 30 and take a few steps back to give him room to do his set
>he motions for me to take out my earplugs, upon which he starts saying "user, toured doing it wrong. You need to bring your arms-"
>cut him off and say "I know what I'm doing, tyvm"
>put my earphones back in and watch him huff and puff all the way back to the machine
>does 3 reps this time and then waddles away
>stayed at the gym for another 30 min
>leaving the gym and I see him doing preacher curls (on a machine, not even dumbells mind you)
>range of motion is negative cause his hippo arms take up all the room the machine provides
I mean at least he's trying to help himself instead of staying home doing nothing, but come on bro. Don't tell me I'm doing something wrong when you can barely do that shit. I don't go up to people squatting 5 plates telling them they're not going down far enough. Who else has had experiences with these type of people before?

OP here, been working out for 2 years. Few breaks in between cause of school and whatever but overall if you think you look better cause of the three exercises you do on repeat probably every day you go to the gym then living in your parents basement and using their iPad to take photos isn't your only problem
