Welcome to the Salty Spitoon, whats your resting heart rate?

That's more than I weigh

when do you even take rhr?

when your heart rate is at it's lowest (ie after I wake up and am laying in bed) or when I'm say, at the office sitting down? or maybe an hour or so after working out?

during normal everyday activities, like when youre at a CVS and see a inflatable balloon arm beepy machine

62 over the past month.

It was 41 quite consistently in rehab last month, but Im a heroin addict. So thats bad

>HEY GUYS WHEN DO I TAKE RESTING HEART RATE, WHEN I'M RESTING OR WHEN I'M NOT RESTING?

you are one stupid fucking smelly sweat mongrel idiot, you know? get on the ground and roll over into a ditch you fucking cunt

Mine was like 88 last I checked. I'm obese though.

mine was 110 3 months ago, im really paranoid though so its always like that

Were you born with a tiny heart or are you 500lbs?

Seems pretty accurate.

Same as when I went to get my DOT physical

Mine used to be 65 when I was a cross country runner but since then its around 70 since I just lift now

81, i'm obese and started doing cardio 4 weeks ago (20 mins of high intensity)

This seems like another stat i can track to feed my autism, how longs would it take to get it down to, let's say 70?

52, when I wake up in the morning, trying to get to low 40s

like 45 lying down. kept setting off the alert thing on the monitor last time i was in the hospital

It's in the 80's :(
What's the most efficient way of getting it down?
What's the time frame I could expect to get it down into the 50's or 60's?
Thanks in advance

Lowest I've recorded was 38, usually low 40s though.

what do you do for cardio?
how often?

Not that user but i have identical stats. Its different for everyone but i do about an hour of cardio a day 5 days a week Rest 1 day and go balls out on the day after my rest day. But once you start doing heavy cardio your rhr will go down fast

>inb4 froom wins this years tdf

my rhr is way higher than I'd like in the mid to high 70's

what do you do for cardio?
how do you eat enough calories?

53, but my heart rate is SUPER UNEVEN

It can literally be 2 seconds between each bump, then 6 bumps in one second. This shit is scary

Also, I did a strong clen cycle about two years ago, for two weeks. did that permanently damage my heart?

Lol, go to the hospital. My dad had the same thing, went to a doctor, he ended up getting surgery to put stents in his arteries, and a pacemaker.

upper 70's, was a fat fuck at 220, at 195 now goal is 175 before going back to maintenance cals etc

I do at least 1 hour of steady state cardio per day, some days ill throw in some HIIT and some basketball so things dont get boring

zero niqqa
but actually 40

Can anyone explain the Indian one?

Cycling. Burn about 500-700 a day just by commuting around 2k on long weekend rides. Dates help me get the calories in amd rice too

54

How are you people with heartrates over 100 alive

Anyone know of a relationship between lung function and heart rate? I'm pretty Veeky Forums but my heart rate rests between 90-100. I have like 50-55% lung function when I don't have bronchitis though and I'm not sure if that puts more strain on my heart. I haven't really found much literature about it besides COPD causing minor neurological problems.

You on strava m8?

Yes, decreased lung function means heart has to pump blood faster to get oxygenated blood where it needs to go.

Yes sir. Whats ur username?

Tom Sheeran

85

The fuck is going on with her skin?

How are they supposed to survive when they get less pounds than they weigh?

Damn. So I guess I'm fucked? No way to increase my lung function to my knowledge. I work outside a lot to manage my property and have really bad allergies. I hope I'm not fucking myself even more. If i lose much more lung function my life is over. What a shame. Oh well. Thanks for your help.

elizabeth warren
