multivitamins are shit. overpriced calcium pill. they all use the cheapest forms of each nutrient that literally >9/10 are almost completely not bioavailable. Also they dose certain things together than cannot be taken together as they compete for absorption. overpriced calcium pill

whey is hugely not usable by the body as a protein source and dairy protein proven linked to autoimmune disorders and terrible digestion. 2/3 are constipated to some degree on regular dairy consumption. buy beef protein or just more meat
