I like mine with some reduced sodium soy sauce, sriracha, and lots of Chinese hot mustard. I ate crb with brown rice for months, but recently switched the rice for potatoes for a change of pace.

>1/2tbsp Sweet Basil
>1tsp Garlic Salt
>1tbsp Olive Oil
>Split chicken into 1kg bags, season each bags with the above ingredients
>Cook all the bags on low heat in a frying pan (I have a big electric one)
>Stir occasionally
>weigh out and portion off before freezing
I also add a 1/4 cup of dark Soy Sauce to my week's worth of rice after it's cooked

Okay, I have never cooked anything more complex than eggs. I can figure out how to cook the broccoli (I have a steamer) and the rice. But do any of you have an easy to follow chicken prep guide

Preheat oven to 350. Bake in metal baking dish (spray dat shit with some fookin olive oil) 20-30 min, test with thermometer.

OR if you don't like hot sauce, sprinkle chicken with basil/garlic powder/salt/pepper and maybe some oregano if you like italian shit. If you don't have spices, pick up Mrs. Dash salt-free garlic and herb, same shit.


Also if you get tired of rice, substitute sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with some sea salt....delish

It doesn't even look as juicy and as tasty as how I make them.

I take my chiken breast, put some sauce on it (chinese sauce from glass bottles, forgot the brand at the moment), add some shit on top (onions, cheese etc.) and put it in the oven at 400 F for 40 mins. The sauce melts and turn into a broil. The chiken breasts just fucking flake with the fork, it's delicious.
