Post your snacks you use while cutting. These are three of my favourites, which all happen to be about 10 calories.

Pickles are good for the last meal of the day, I'll take a mouthful of dry as fuck ground turkey and then a bite of pickle and some mustard.

Tastes like normal jelly to me. I can't tell the difference.

No it doesn't. Common myth. There's a lot of stuff about intermittent fasting that's questionable relevance/benefit, but its effects of your metabolism is well known to be not detrimental.

Long, extreme cuts without exercise will fuck up your metabolism, but nothing less than a days will, let alone a few hours.

I buy cans of mixed pickled vegetables. It's delicious, pretty filling, and nutritionally cheap as shit.

Carrots and bell peppers. Not quite zero but 50 calories worth helps fill me up quite a bit.

pork rinds are low cal and very crunchy.
spaghetti squash is also low cal and fucking delicious.

I also chew gum to help with dem jaw gains and give me something sweet, I prefer trident and orbit gum. Although trident seems to breakdown into a grainy slop after a while, haven't noticed that with orbit.

Another tip is to eat hot food whenever possible, like up Serrano peppers on whatever you can.

IF worked wonders for me, too bad im on some anti depressive and vyvanse now, so i have to eat first thing in the morning with the medications to not have stomach issues, and for me atleast, sleeping with am empty stomach is pure hell.

no cut has ever been so extreme that i had to resort to 0-10 calorie snacks, with the exception of vegetables but that's just because they're vegetables

i did however recently find a powdered drink mix, 10 calories, green apple jolly rancher flavored and fuck me if i'm not chugging that shit daily

Pickled onions and gherkins are much less than 10 calories each, the entire jar is about 80.

Personally, apples are magic for me. I eat one small one and a glass of water and it fills me right up. I don't snack though, as I have DISCLIPLINE. 4 MEALS A DAY 4-5 HOURS BETWEEN EACH ONE FOR OPTIMAL INSULIN SENSITIVITY AND PROTEIN SYNTHESIS

One box has less than 100 kcal so you could snack on them the entire evening.

If you want something filling (not really for flavor) look up Shirataki noodles, one portion is 10kcal or something
