All I know is that, considering your total, you should just try to keep your training a bit more simple as it really doesn't warrant moving into more advanced shit.

Do you compete in amraps? Does repping out 80% for 8 good reps and 4 shitty reps do ANYTHING to improve your 1rm?

if you want autoregulation, how about you start hitting a weekly @8 single in the comp lifts, maybe sprinkle it into sheiko like squat on monday, dl on wednesday and bench on friday. Use that @8 to calculate an e1rm and use that until you hit another @8, get some momentum built up this way in a specific manner.

Form breakdown is indeed a big problem though, and that's why I liked sheiko. Also testing my 1rm 3 times a week on top of sheiko volume might be a little bad city.
But that's why I was thinking of running that cuckols program with deflated maxes to get back to it, assuming I'll just be quickly readapting to my old weights.

I use and prefer %ages. In terms of that template posted I guess I'd use ~70% for the 5x5, ~60% for the 3x12 and ~80% for the 3x3 to begin with.
