Things Fat Powerlifters Say:

Things Fat Powerlifters Say:

>You need 1g protein/lb of bodyweight to properly recover.

>I'm a powerlifter, I'm powerful!

You sound jelly as fuck. Eddie Hall is a beast.

>there is no need to do laterals, pressing does that

...

How are you supposed to get 1 gallon of protein in?

THE STICKY SAYS IT SO IT IS LAW!

That is literally a bodybuilding meme from the 70s

Reminder that Eddie Hall warms up with more weight than you will ever lift

This is a bodybuilding thing though, since the objective is to retain as much lean mass as possible. If your objective is athletic performance you should be on a high carb diet

>roiding for this

does he lift for the queen?

I'm the only actual fat powerlifter here so you can all shut the fuck up.

And ask me anything

He's THE BEAST you moron

(you)

Why are you wearing glasses you poindexter

we all do it for her m8

based wilks in the background

>ask me anything
What size squat plug do you use?

Why'd you decide to jump to 105 so fast and get so fucking fat?

I lost the pump on that last press, slap me harder and let's butt heads

you required to wear dl socks in that federation, or are you just a giant wuss in a vision of baby powder

isley go back to /plg/ no one out here wants you, we only want trappy and raspy

What is your 2k?

You have to wear "shin length socks" during the deadlift, yes.

Page 13 of the IPF technical rulebook (2015 edition)

It's a rule

Now? Like 7 minutes plus

All time? 6:15.3

Myopia, obviously

>fast
>seven months
K

Trappy and I share it between sets. Whatever that cumslut uses I guess.

I wanted to laugh at you but honestly that isn't a terrible score.
t. international rower

I know. I achieved that in my first six months too.

For a brief moment my potential shone.

One year later I wasn't any better and I didn't enjoy it anymore and so I had to stop.

Where were you rowing? Might have been poor coaching. Did you ever do any significant competitions?

30 pounds in 7 months IS fast especially when you've been training as long as you have. If you would have taken it slower, like 18 months, you would have gained minimal fat.

I do your face everytime I lift heavy. Am I doing good?

Do you do curls/laterals/flys/other "vanity" stuff?

Durham University

I did Henley Royal once.

It was the coaching /program

Way too much volume. It was volume for people who'd rowed already for 3-8 years. Not someone with less than a year.

You know I have to compete in the mean time?

Sometimes.

I'm aware, I'll be making the same jump from 93kg to 105kg that you did, but I'm not gonna be doing it nearly as fast as you did.

why does your dick look so tiny in your singlet?

Small world - I bet I know whoever coached you as I'm pretty familiar with the scene there (I did undergrad at Edinburgh). The thing about rowing in the UK is that a lot of people, myself included, started when they were 13 or so, so I can understand the program not being suited to you if you are a walk-on. Things are better in the American colleges I have experienced, but in general amateur Americans have shit technique so...

HRR is pretty fun though. I assume you were in the PA? If I see you there this year I will play that supermang audio clip on my speakers at full volume :^)

Bloodflow is diverted elsewhere during athletic activity you dunce

Because the lycra tents out from your belly and thighs only the tip presses against the fabric

I'd be surprised if you didn't desu. Q: what has two dogs, a wax jacket, shorts and isn't allowed near Leander Club anymore?

I probably won't go this year. I'm ashamed of what I've become and I don't want me old rowing friends to see how fat and slow I am.

Plus I've outgrew my blazer.

Literally half the coaches in the UK fit that description. Henle brings out the worst in them, I remeber seeing my ex-coach being arrested by police a few years ago there. Many keks.

I still have my faggy pink blazer from school an HRR is the only week of the year I wear it.

>B...B...BUT MUH BEARMODE!!!
More like lazy fatass mode. If they want to get strong, they need to stop halfassing it. That includes not just lifting, but proper diet.

It's not a bodybuilding thing. It's a fitness industry myth. Bodybuilders need max 0.75 g per lb assuming their at low body fat percentage. Eating more protein than that won't help them maintain any more lean muscle mass

who the fuck gets a mirror image kanji? dumbshit

>lazy fatass mode

Being really big and strong is way harder than being skinny.

Wasting time in the gym on a deficit while doing curls is fucking EZ-mode.

Eating til it hurts just to recover from workout to workout and grinding heavy-ass weight in a real gym is brutal.

Ok fatty

>200 lbs with visible abs
>strong
>comfortable with my heterosexuality

Lol, k.

thats not how you setup your clean

>visible abs
Of course your fat rolls are visible.
