Damn outdoors? It doesn't rain where you live?
Mason Rogers
live in California, it hardly rains here. but im thinking about getting a 12x12 Canopy when the rain season starts
Jaxson Long
The equipment you bought is gonna get absolutely fucked in the elements
Christopher Scott
Also you went cheap as fuck on the flooring. Do your research next time before wasting a bunch of money
Lucas Cooper
Only the barbells, his other shit is coated.
Camden Howard
>cheap as fuck on the flooring
yes I did. What would you recommend ? I bought low costing stuff to begin with, to get used to it, and practice.
Grayson Martinez
It's that rack the CAP one? Was thinking about buying one but I don't know if the price is worth it. Would you recommend it?
Camden Reed
Have had this trampoline outside for 2 years. Hasn't been fucked by the elements yet,
Grayson Gonzalez
Trampoline is literally made to be outside, and 2 years isn't long anyway
He has a rowing machine...
Luis Smith
Got mine from amazon, listed weight limit is 300. I'm 240, feels stable enough when i do pull ups, and lift. Easy to put together.
Jason Martin
I just have the standard shit, gets the job done, no fucking arounditis.
Alexander Bell
Have my 45lb plates and my barbell in my closet. I rotate it out when I use it. It's sort of in a living room but roomates don't care. Towel is to keep my cat from clawing the shit out of it like she does.
Not pictured: elliptical in bedroom.
Alexander Hall
mirin your space bro also your own pullup bar, hell yeah. from the building type and the plants i'd say you live somewhere hot though that doesn't rain.
trampolines are god tier cardio and leg workouts, i'm jealous i've never owned one.
James Bennett
oh, and my cardio is walking around the block for 30-60minutes everyday.
my treadmill broke down and I dont feel like spending money for another one
John Brooks
Typical L.A. trash. Congratulations.
Oh boy, how did I know?
Xavier Lopez
did you think it was worth having a treadmill? or are you having better results going around the block?
Caleb Davis
There's no difference in terms of fatloss etc.
I liked the treadmill at home because I could watch TV or YouTube while walking using my own home internet. Now that I cardio outside I need to use my 4G internet (data cap) or pre-load stuff I want to listen to. Time would go a lot faster when I'd be watching a show or something.
Jace Hughes
>walking >cardio It's not really cardio if you don't eventually run out of breath. How fat are you if that's the case?
Jeremiah Clark
It's called LISS, low intense steady state cardio. Which is absolutely the best form of cardiovascular exercise for long-term heart and joint health.
I do daily walks for heart health, not for fat-loss, caloric restriction and macro counting is what I use to manipulate my body-composition. He was asking about results, which I assumed he meant fat loss, because what else could he have meant for "results".
