Alan Thrall

Why is this fat piece of shit praised? Shit lifts and a shit body.

Because he has an instinctive compherension of biomechanics and is a visual aid spazz, so he can clearly explain complicated concepts to anyone through his videos.

And, while I find him fake and tryhard as fuck, every thing he says is either legit, or an exaggeration of something legit.

Plus he's so natty it hurts.

He's #natty

Technically proficient at strong man oly and pl so has a lot of info

because power lifters have this unnatural obsession with beards and acting like they're game of thrones characters. So when they see a guy doing that, they jizz their pants and praise them.

He's fairly charismatic and has decent advice. Honestly as far as fitness youtubers go, a perfect channel is few and far between, but if someone can provide decent content without too much broscience shit, then they deserve the popularity they get.

>lifting in a diaper

Here's your (you)

Make a constructive post nigger

kek

When will you realize that no natty lifter will ever live up to your ridiculous expectations put to you by men jacked up on ridiculous amounts of steroids?

What do you want? Based natty lifters with good advice or retards on the juice giving you shit advice?

and even when potential natty limiters come along like the Golden one everyone just screams fake natty. The internet fitness community is literally pants on head retarded 99% of the time

Best post ITT so far.

lol yeah
beards, chuggy metal riffs, IM A VIKUNG persona = powerlifters cumming everywhere

He tries a bit too hard to be funny and kewl, but his videos are informative and almost completely devoid of bullshit and broscience. If you're just starting out on lifting watching his videos can help out a lot. Plus, his mobility and stretch videos are goat even for intermediate lifters.

The same can be said about anyone
Candito:
>Harry Potter hair
>nigger beats
>wigger persona
>lel so random cuts and edits to make funnies for youtube
What the fuck is your problem? Who do you like?
Alan is natty, stronger than you, and has solid advice. For free. Either watch his videos, or don't.

he does not submit to broscience
he is natty
his form looks very good
he explains the form in a way that is easy to relate to and understand
he seems like a fun redneck that's not too serious about himself

Pipe down thin-skinned fag.

the retardation of other youtuber subhumans does not cancel his own

/thread

is that a lowbar ?

>Plus he's so natty it hurts.

Imagine how big he would have been if he lifted for hypertrophy and got lean. You'd accuse him of roiding

Yes

>B-but why doesn't he just wanna get big to hide his insecurity? There's no chance that he could enjoy strongman, olympic lifting and other things?

lifting in diapers is the lowest of all bars

I've never seen anyone praise Alan.

Only newbies will watch his videos because they're gullible.

so much this.
he is actually a bro.

He's not bad. Though I've found recently another one that I like better: GuerillaZen Fitness

Pretty much every serious lifter who's dealt with him seems to have good things to say about him and his videos.

This. Le manly beard, eat like shit, look like shit, no flexibility no endurance, cringey metal and all they do is move a metal Br a few inches for 3 lifts lmao.

>Makes successful youtube channel providing informative content to fitness newbies

"Lel retardation subhuman"

His videos are informative, accurate and easy to understand. That's why people like them. Hope I cleared that up for you OP.

Leave Allan alone.

This, he explains the lifts and some stretching and how things work quite well.

...

Doesn't he squat like >600lbs?

No. Thrall is reasonably strong, but he's not knocking on the door of a 4xBW squat.

*3xBW, not 4x.

Exactly.

And ESPECIALLY the fact that he is neither super jacked nor super strong makes his advice valuable for many people.

Let's face it, the vast majority of lifters are natty and have average genetics for both strength and muscle building.

Which is why advice from genetically gifted and roided up people is usually bad. Unless you have years of coaching experience, you can only really tell what "works for you" and give that advice to others.
And what works for freaks like Jesse Norris who was pulling 700 pounds without realizing it was a lot, definitely doesn't work for the average guy. What works for someone like AT who has "shit lifts and shit body" is a lot more likely to apply for the average lifter as well.
