Swap to a different program that has weekly/monthly progression

Don't do what I did and swap to something like 3x3 and make fuckall progress for a couple of months

it allows you to push greater weights

I'd switch to madcow. Just my squat is not up to the standard to make the jump to an intermediate program yet

I'm halfway through a Candito advanced program thinking it was an intermediate one instead.

Seems like medium has weekly testing in terms of AMRAP sets.
High has too little actual benching in my opinion. So much of its volume comes from CGBP.

Advanced has peaking after 3 weeks, also by AMRAP.
Might be better than trying weekly.

I'm 6'4, weigh 120kg and my bench rep max is 132.5kg.
That's pretty much beginner level, but I still don't think I can peak weekly.

I guess I try medium to prove I can't and then try advanced, despite me not being advanced at all?
Or is that advanced definition = not being able to progress weekly?

Bench block work in sheiko is tuned to the percentages he has you use better, but you should be able to replace board presses with spoto presses at your normal grip width and slingshot at max RPE at a narrower grip with.

Personally, I love how botho spoto and slingshoto makes me feel, so I mix it up, which is easy, considering drugdealer#russia has me benching 6 discrete sessions a week.
