I did a lot of pause deadlifts, hip thrusts, abductor machines, good mornings, asked my gymbro to fuck my ass and in the end I learned how to properly include my glutes

I've never been able to squat a lot. Maybe part of having a smaller ass. Cleans always just came naturally to me.
