I squat in romaleos and i feel that they offer great support, my squat stance is medium (heel is +- shoulder wide, toes past shoulder width). On many occasions it feels like i lift up from my toes and not the middle/back of my feet. Is this an issue that i create or would flat wrestling shoes provide me more stability?

You could be creating it or it could be from the shoes. Webms would help.

Wew, glad I got minimum reps on deadlift. Almost had to but I was gonna come up lopsided so I decided not to risk it.

The best i can do now is just describing the squat.

I squat lowbar, with a neutral spine (looking at the ground a few feet away) when i go down i try to 'sit back' and push my knees out (i also have short/wide feet so the heel height is significant for me). i basicly do the same on the way up.

Not really. I usually tend toward the lower end of 3-5x3-5 for paused deads, but that's pretty much it for deadlifts

i done it a couple years ago now
think i done 8 cycles with no deloads before i got bored, while not gaining any body weight
and i dont think i ever got 1 rep on the 1+ days

your probably going to get bored of it quickly
the only thing motivating me on it was that i could get more than the minimum Tbh

if you have really high heels like you're saying while also sitting really far back it's possible that the bar moves behind/ahead of your midfoot. Your toes come up you said?

depends on how much you use it, if it's really bad you should roll the belt forward and backward in between sets, it'll speed up the break in.

Poutine wore his at home when he was breaking it in. I never really had much of a problem. I got bruised to shit but I just dealt with it and eventually the belt broke in.

Sup /plg/, I got my first meet ever in September and I want to be able to pause my bench correctly so I don't bomb out when I bench.

I am running c6w currently and thinking about just pausing each and every rep for ~1 second starting next cycle, how does this sound?

Depends if it costs extra. Some meets being anything other than open requires extra fees.
