How do I get rid of this shit?

How do I get rid of this shit?

I had terrible bacne, and what I found really helps is cleaning it with a wet warm washcloth morning and night, and also getting out and tanning.

Stop using steroids

change your fucking bed sheets

This and Veeky Forums has a skin care thread

Doesn't tanning make it worse and scar it?

you have a frame
good
now you only need a face and height

I wash my sheets weekly and still get those

I wear a clean shirt to bed every night and it makes no difference.

I did

You need to let go of the steroids, Mr. Krabs

Don't you think my traps would be bigger if I used gear?

Had back acne until i was 22 and then it went away. Just gotta hang in there, OP. Drink plenty of water, and change your sheets regularly. It's genetics.

now keep doing it atleast weekly.

I don't want to have to wait 3 more years for this to go away.

Why didn't it work for
and
Then?

Moisturizing after shower. Get a decent body lotion.

No clue here.

For the last several years I've tried all he advice myself.
>change sheets weekly
>fresh pillow case nightly
>cut out soda, only drink water and plain teas
>shower in morning and night before bed
>walk 20-30 mins day
>keep dairy products to a min
>tried bodywashes designed for people with acne
>moisturize after showers
>only use scent free detergent made for sensitive skin
>never popped any pimples on purpose

I'm 30 and my acne is better than in my 20s but its still there.

My back has less acne than the OP but it has redness and then a decade worth of scarring.

Only thing that ever worked for me is antibiotics but I dont want to have to pop an antibiotic daily just to be acne free.

It has to be genetics or maybe even some form of allergy. If you try all the basic stuff and still have it you can wait it out or go for something hardcore like accutane.

>have bacne
>know if I ever get swole people will think I used steroids

Fuck

Have some discipline, OP. It's a phase. Nothing you can do at this point. Acne products just jew you. They cant get rid of genetics.

Listen you dirty fuck. He gave you a good response, don't think for a second we can't tell you're roiding. You just have such shit genetics that gear can't save you

I'm not roiding faggot

>Only thing that ever worked for me is antibiotics
>It has to be genetics or maybe even some form of allergy
Well, if AB works, seems you just lost the skin flora lottery. A good dermatologist might help.

Sorry bud but that shit ain't normal. Go see a dermatologist and get some professional help.

If you can't afford a doctor, get a damn job and save your money until you can.

Implying you put rods in your arm and not your ass

Drink a tall glass of bleach.

Look on the deep web for some estradiol and start taking em, cleaned my bacne fast.

Kike doctors don't prescribe it as they'd rather have you go on body damaging bullshit medication

Sit out in the sun till its almost sunburnt like once a week.
Dry your back good when getting out of the shower.
Go to dermatologist and ask him about some cream, i used it on my face like 3 years ago for like 3 months, forgot to get a refill script and like 2 weeks later my face was clear it was like a miracle. I forget the name of it but id assume its pretty popular, also id say avoid acutane. Ive been trying to go back to get the cream for my back but ive been doing the "tanning" thing and it works bretty gud.

They make acne body washes.

Why are so many people oblivious to the range of body products out there....

benzoyl peroxide
clean your sheets/towel more often
shower and change clothes after lifting
actually shower

I used to have this as a teen. I'm completely 100% smooth-awesome skinned now. Tried a ton of stuff but Accutane eventually wiped it out forever.

If it's this bad, just go for accutane. Horrible side effects for a while and you'll be miserable but it'll completely nuke it for the rest of your life.

definitely go see a dermatologist
often times if your health insurance doesnt cover the medicine prescribed to you then they can give you a coupon or sample
i was prescribed solodyn which was a brand name drug but i only had coverage for generic drugs, my dermatologist gave me like a coupon/sample thing and i ended up getting my prescription for like $25-50 (cant remember exactly) but it would have cost me $500 without the coupon thing
it helped my acne but i only saw results after 3 months of continued use

Just make sure you get one with salicylic acid in it.

>wash your hands after you eat
>switch to a better body wash/soap
>get some sun on your back
>drink more water

I've only used the the neutrogena so i can't vouch for the dial but it has salycylic acid. So I don't see why it wouldn't help. Probably cheaper at least. Give them time too, don't stop using them after 2 days. It's worth a shot before you start spending money on doctor visits and prescribed medication and pumping your body full of antibiotics. Just a run to Walmart or your preferred grocery store of choice.

There's also charcoal body washes which is supposed to draw out toxins. I'm not sure of its efficacy on the skin, but they do use it in hospitals for soaking up the contents of your stomach worth an overdose or poisoning. Some people also use it for indigestion and to make their farts stink less. If anyone were to be interested in taking it orally for those benefits just be careful of you're on medication because there's a chance it will soak that up and null it.

If you try both salicylic and charcoal body washes just make to give them time and try at separate times so that if there's a difference you can pin point which it is.

Stop juicing. There's literally no reason to have bacne except that you're on massive amounts of steroids.

Seconding this. Cleared me up after a week.

Salicylic Acid needs to stay on the skin to be effective, having it in a body or face wash wouldn't do too much.

>draw out toxins
No, stop falling for the momblog memes.

That said, charcoal is goat for acneic and oily skins.
Especially, green clay.

If it's not very superficial acne, creams won't do much. It doesn't penetrate the epidermis.

I had moderate to severe cystic acne throughout my teens. In my face and jaw area, as well as shoulders.
Dermatologist put me on accutane at age 20. Six months later, my skin was like porcelain and it's been spotless since. 23 now. I had ONE little pimple since.

Accutane can be a bitch, but it's incredibly effective.

Also there are body treatments with retinol, clinically proven and well known to reverse sun damage (Yes reverse) though it can't stop aging obviously. Also used for acne and basically is just overall awesome for your skin. Retinol is a step below tretinoin, which is prescription only acne cream brand name Retin-A. It's more expensive but is effective for acne, wrinkles, skin brightening, etc. There are different levels of concentration available non prescription highest being 1%. It can dry out your skin so best to start out only every other day or so. Don't use if area applied to is gonna be facing sun. Best used at night though if it's your back and you're wearing a shirt I'm sure it'd be fine.

If the salicylic body washes don't work Retinol almost surely will greatly improve appearance. Just don't fall for shill brands like philosophy which only have retinyl palmitate which is weaker and they have low concentrations of it in their products.

Honestly i know i sounds like I'm advertising but I'm truly trying to help you op whole educating you. Brand and product in pic related is probably the cheapest you'll find for highest quality.

You're obviously not lifting either.

desu ignore all those dumb ass treatments, eat less foods high in fat/grease/oil your skin will clean up if your strict after about two weeks

acne . org
they also have aha lotion

as PC junkie I agree, instead of having landmine of zits I have 2-3 pimples but I spend a lot on PC Aha/Bha bh9 which is a holy grail but not everyone can afford, I dropped PC 10% aha for alpha hydrox brand, it just as good for half the price, too bad AH retinol product nothing to write home about

Wash your sheets, change out of your clothes and wash them often, use a scrub brush on your back. change soap, rinse thoroughly.

Accutane has made mine go away completely. Go to a dernatologist. See if you can afford it. It's amazing.

>pale
>backne
Clean your gaming chair, nerd!

OP all these broscience advice are generally BS that wont work, if you have acne or not is genetic and no amount of washing sheets or drinking water is going to change shit.

You have to go see a skin specialist or a normal doc.

Also you mite grow out of it as you age

Accutane.

Also stop washing your skin/hair.

Just hit your armpits, crotch, asshole, and feet.

That is the only thing that made my acne go away.

Make sure you shower everyday and give your hair a good scrub with plain baking soda once a week for a few months, eventually you won't need it and the oil in your hair will be leveled out.

Go to the dermatologist. Try next step if current step doesn't work. Forget all the other bioscience.

1st step: doxycycline 100mg/day 1 and a half months
2nd step: ciprofloxacin 500mg/day two weeks
3rd step: doxycycline 200mg/day 1 month
4th step: Accutane 9 months

bro wtf is with your hand

tan. drys it out.

>Humanity finds an ultimate cure for acne
>Ban it because muh feelings and mu depression

Accutane saved my life. I couldnt believe when I found out it has been banned for years

I fucking hate it man.
I'm finally looking like I lift, but my back looks like shit and every dyel cunt at the gym who sees me change reduces efforts to cheating.

Probably take 2-3 months to get my body when on gear not 2-3 years and I hate the stigma and the judgement and the constant having to defend myself.

my first week on accutane my bacne cleared up. I'm now on my second month and my face is slowly clearing and the only sides iv'e had are dry lips, dry skin and 1 nose bleed

What dose were you on lad?

Charcoal soap really cleared mine up. Friends have had good results with sulphur soaps.

accutane fucks people up though

>BEFORE YOU TRY ACCUTANE AND ALL THAT HORRENDOUS SHIT THAT WILL FUCK YOU UP FOR YEARS

>please try this:

Stop using all products on your body for a month or two.

Includes: Shampoo, Conditioner, face wash, soap, moisturizer, makeup remover, eyelid cream and any other bullshit that Proctor and Gamble wants you to buy...

>Now, I know what you are thinking
>"This dirty mother fucker doesn't even use soap"
>But google it "caveman skincare" or "PooFree lifestyle"
>The beginning will be a litttle greasy because your skin in in overproduction mode of oil.
>It will eventually level out and wont look greasy any more.
>Later on, You can add your bullshit products back ONE AT A TIME to see how they affect your skin.

Also be conscious of everything that contacts your skin, make sure there is no residue of chemical stuff. Not crazy. But say, after washing your sheet, run the machine again with just water to get the soap 100% out.

My personal story:
>Had Acne/ Bacne
>Back was a mine field, brown scars everywhere
>Quit using Anything on my head
>Only used Dr. Bronners Soap (good shit) on body every 2-3 days
>all acne and bacne dissapeared within a few weeks.
>Have not used any product from the neck up in 4 years.
>never had an acne/bacne breakout since
>Not greasy
>not smelly
>Girls Mire my shine and volume
>all those dark scars dissapeared completly

Give it a shot.

In what way? any of the severe sides you tell your derm straight away and you get off, plus having bloods done once a month helps monitor everything, depression link is unsubstantiated as the same size of individuals would most likely already experience a lower sense of self because of acne

sample size*

THanks for the tips lads

one important idea is that of the skin Microbiome.

>we kinda just found out that each of us is covered and filled with colonies of bacteria.
>In our digestive system
>on the SURFACE OF OUR SKIN
>around 1000 different species on our skin
>Making us more like a Rain Forest!
>A healthy microbiome keeps the skin healthy
>using "anti-bacterial' and harsh things on the skin will fuck it up
>Kill the ants, and the whole rainforest gets fucked up

dude calm down, who gives a shit what they think, you do you

not the guy but p sure there is a link to ulcerative colitis and accutane. bunch of folks sued a while back. would usually pop up a few years after treatment too

start lifting

Hey Veeky Forums

As I moved out from home I started to lift. Not it has been 3 years since I started.

Now I began to "shred" but unfortunately I'm not getting the results I was hoping for.

I'm hitting the gym 3 times a week doing chest/tries, biceps/back and leg shoulders. At the end of each session I hit the stairclimber for 15 mins to boost an additional 150cals. All in all I'm training around 1h15.

Started around february with a normal deficit around 2000 cals.
Then I did a ECA stack of 3 weeks, 3x 25E/300C/160A.
In this 3 weeks I just ate what I wanted, no junk food but I just wanted to stay below 2000cals.
Also I combined this with intermittent fasting cause I'm not hungry in the morning.

Then I stopped ECA because my mood was always fucked up and cant get enough sleep. I started another 3 weeks with low carb 25g of carbs and around 1800 - 2000 cals per day and took "Animal Cuts". And now stil doing...

I started with 75kilos now I'm at 70.5. My target is a sixpack and I think 10%bf is nice aswell.

My questions, am I doing something wrong or is it acutally thaking that long?
What bf do you think I have?

When I started "shredding" my abs were covered by a fat layer then after eca the upper got visible and now you can see picture .. the one with colours is from the first days of lifting 3 years ago.

Thank you very much in advance bros

Try being vegetarian or vegan. I stopped eating meat and my entire body has significantly less acne.

>inb4 trolling

I've been doing no shampoo for 6 years now and have not encountered issues. my hair is totally normal (sometimes girls compliment on smoothness/thiccness) and I have probably saved hundreds on shampoo.

does this theory really apply to skin as well? I use soap maybe once a week if I feel particularly greasy, and almost never on my face. I don't currently have any issues with the facial acne (clear as day) but my shoulders and chest have broken out since starting roids.

I'm using a tablespoon of cod liver oil a day and that has helped reduce the size and number of pimples, and there are no whiteheads anymore. however, my skin is definitely rougher and covered in bumps that aren't visible until you get close. my girlfriend noticed the other day :(

everyone in this thread has autism.

Go to a dermatologist, you will get prescribed antibiotics, then after a few months you will get phased off of them and given a topical medication.

Just order some accutane off the internet and it will go away in 2 weeks

Dont spend money to go to a dermatologist and then wait 3 months for it to go away while destroying your gut flora with antiboitics

>he doesn't have acne on his arm too
>thinks just bacne is bad
