Bought three tubs of this plus 11LBS of My Protein?

>do you need protein to build muscle

Nah

Don't forget to activate before consumption.

desu i just eat more chicken breast

i would definetely buy whey protein if it was cheaper here (chinkland)

No I don't really need it, but I like to have ice cold protein shakes when the weather gets hot. Plus the last time I put a chicken breast in the blender for a protein shake, it didn't turn out well.

>bodylogix
what the fuck?

I buy pic related, different brand but it's the exact same shit

>WTF, do you like it?

>>do you need protein **SPECIFICALLY IN POWDER** to build muscle
no

>do you need protein to AT LEAST MANTAIN muscle
yes

There, fixed both for you

I used MyProtein brand stuff. It seems decent and I'm a cheapskate with stuff like that.

how is this not obvious

how do we have people making threads asking this

I use casein because I don't like cottage cheese, but if I want a "protein shake" I'll just mix egg whites with oats, banana, powdered peanut butter, and a little bit of agave syrup or honey.

60g protein, 60g carbs, 2.5g fat.

>gluten free
how the fuck would it have gluten without no whet, i fucking hate the gluten free disclaimer on shit that just can't have gluten

I use it because I usually only get 75-100g of protein through my diet daily. So why not put some SCOOPS in my coffee?

MyProtein is the best value by far.

Myprotein impact whey isolate - neutral/without flavor

Because best quality and low price

...

USN GF1 Protein & Impact Whey Protein

>Do you really need it?
are you retarded?

do you go to a gym in china?

lived there two years, beijing, every gym was a fucking disaster

Pic related. Love all the Animal products, best supplement line imo.

chinks have the worst genes ever, they eat like birds and are barely human
why would they stress their fragile little bird bones?

When I first got into lifting I thought it was absolutely necessary to have a protein shake, but to answer your question, no you don't need it. That's why it's called a supplement and not a replacement. I use protein powder on days where I know I didn't get enough protein in for the day. In the end find out what works best for you.

I aim for 120-150g of protein per day. On stressfull work days where I cant regulate my eating, they are necessary for me to get a grip on how much protein I put into myself.

people that buy gluten free shit dont know what gluten is so they slap that on shit that cant even have gluten in the first place to trick these fools into thinking its more healthy for them

this tBh.
Going to switch from ON to MP now that I know this site.

>isopure dutch chocolate

My man, good stuff.

myProtein, some standard flavor
one scoop usually gives me the 20-30g I miss throughout the day after eating regular stuff. All my food gets me to roughly 140g and i'm aiming at 160-170
