I really love baked beans aswell. What I usually do is add 50g of mozzarella cheese because the beans usually taste too much like that tomato souce. 30g of protons in total, 20g of fibre 500kcal. Fucking godlike breakfast.

After 2 1/2 months of hard cutting my diet has slowly slipped back to shit. My appetite has just gone through the roof for some reason. I went from 166 to 172 in the space of about a week. Today ive eaten:
3 mars bars
180g of oats with protein powder
300g pot of cottage cheese
3 pumpkin & cinnamon bars
a whole watermelon
A cheese and tamato bagguette
Half of a 3 cheese bloomer loaf of bread
and im still hungry. Note that im ill at the moment so my appetite should be lower than normal. My dogs dying so maybe im stress eating idk.

If you did this you'd just feel hungry for the rest of the day (and therefore more likely to binge out and eat more shit) and have next to no energy for the next couple of days and feel lathargic as fuck becuase of the tiny volume of food you've eaten. This impacts your training as well because you feel shitty and hungry while doing it. You IIFYM people are the worst, you're cancer to fitness.
