2 20kg plates on each side of the bar
that's 80kg plus the bar, making it 100kg

In freedom units it's 2x45lb plates on each side of the 45lb bar = 225lbs

brosplit the first year then PPL for 5 months and since then been doing full body 3-4 times a week and my gainz just exploded since then.

Congrats man. 2pl8 is impressive to 99% of gym goers. Focus on your form and keep adding weight to the bar. You'll be at 3 pl8 before you know it :).

I crossed 1pl8 this moth. I know it's nothing impressing but thats 200% progress from what i started so it feels great.
+After first 20kg pair it's at least more than girls squat with (where I go).

By the way, stretching your chest muscles might help if you are stalling with bench press.
