100% worth it. Get moisturizer and never let yourself get dry or you can end up with mad wrinkles

The sides are horrible (its a form of chemo) just happens to clear acne. Do your research, it's pretty serious... I was warned, researched, went ahead anyway, made it 10 days and just felt like absolute ass. Decided to come off... Now using the topical isotrenotin instead (epiduo) stuff works...

Whey - gains are gains, and some days my diet is shit so it helps a ton

Fish oil - don't feel that it actually does anything. But I read that it's legit good for you and inhibits DHT so keeping my hair is another plus

B-complex - all the vitamin Bs and vitamin C and biotin. Definitely raises my energy levels

When I was a wee lad I had shit skin, took it for 6 months or so under a doctor's supervision. Worked like a charm and I've had great skin ever since. Sides were terrible though, skin was dry, cracked, and like leather. I wouldn't do it unless you've exhausted all other options and it's severe. I had and mine was.

I get some bacne now (I'm 34) and benzol peroxide works like a charm... I would try that if it's not severe acne.

As to supplements, just a blended protein powder and fish oil. I'd probably use creatine but I'm using minoxidil to try and save my fucking hair so...

Worth it for sure, do 20mg for a year. Less initial breakout and most acne btfo w low side effects after 6 mos. Highly reccommend.

Don't listen to what user said, he's not a moda specialist. Moda is the only study drug where people don't seem to be able to develop chemical tolerance. You won't feel any difference once you've gone past 100mg. Keep taking a quarter pill every day if you like, you technically will not gain a tolerance

Im 30. Not super young. Im not telling myself anything. I go by blood tests. If everything's fucked I'd take steps to ensure health. Every set of bloods ive had came back perfect except a few summers ago i ran superdrol and my liver values were slightly elevated above range.

I know my little experiment is pretty foolhardy but in the absence of legit ill effects I'll continue for a bit.

Well, you're only 4 years younger than me. I dunno. I'm married with kids. And despite what the autistic fucks here believe, I'm very happy. It doesn't hurt that my wife is hot and kids are good most of the time (and cute literally all the time). I wouldn't chance my health for vanity but I know others have different priorities and that's totally fine. Just remember, you make your bed and someday you'll be made to sleep in it. I know the blood tests might make you sleep better but you're lying to yourself if you think you can treat your body that way and not do it any harm.
