I think it's a prep block followed by a comp block. You can just take the intermediate program and do one of the prep blocks instead of both.

Any of them would be fine, but I'd recommend waiting a few months at least on Sheiko, you probably have some fairly easy gains left on the table. If you like being in the gym I'd go with GZCL, I think it's a well structured intermediate program and the stress/volume should be fairly consistent week to week.
