I feels like, if you've been super morbidly obese for the majority of life you really can't shoot for that v-taper. Being that big for that long does strange things to your body's proportions - your hips and your chest barrel out to carry the load.

Weightlifters are actually high BF% most of the time so they can lift more weight. Ilya has literally lmaonoback. Rock climbers are lean for endurance but gymnasts definitely have the best physiques overall IMHO.

Gymnastics, yoga, swimming and martial arts seem pretty solid. Probably throw in some strong man and rock climbing. I just want to be a well rounded athlete, maybe play some ice hockey when I'm older.
