It's ok my friend. No one improved drastically overnight. It's not only action that drives change, but Attitutude and discipline. If you have shitty diet, fine. But you can't have a shitty diet AND miss the gym. You need some discipline somewhere in your life, and then everything else will fall in line

I woke up at 2:45 and barely went back to sleep. Tbh I wake up at 3:30 every morning. Extremely exhausted. Work is an hour away and I have to be there at 6. Go to bed at midnight, 11:30 at the latest. No cardio in the morning for me.
I just want to sleep.

What's the point of Netflix? There's literally not one good show on it and the movies are dogshit too.
