About 8 months and I've lost 15 pounds. Thank you.

Been working out for about 5 years, but for about 4 of those years I wasn't very consistent. (e.g. I'd workout for 2-3 months, then take off 2-3 months).

For the last 1.5 years, I've been extremely dedicated to my diet, and training. My weight has fluctuated a lot between various bulk/cut periods.

Previous Stats:
245 lbs+
24-30% BF

Current Stats:
5'11"
207 lbs
17-18% BF?? idk
30 years old

Squat: 395 lbs
Deadlift: 465 lbs
Bench: 315 lbs

I'm wanting to prep for a physique show, maybe sometime middle/late 2017. Assuming I feel ok about how I look.

I get that, but those threads are only funny because the people they poke fun at are ignorant fatties who make excuses and push fat acceptance/empowerment bullshit, it's never funny if the person is actively losing weight and you put them down in the process.

He was my original goal body, this was him at 160 which sounds like a bit larger than you wanna be, so maybe a lean 150

Imo start soon because the longer you wait the more you will have to look back on as wasted time, start slow-lift heavy-eat a lot and sleep as much as possible, lifting and in general being healthy is one of the greatest decisions I've ever made

ive been doing primarily cardio to try to lose bf% but i thimk the biggest issue is my shoulders and my
posture. After my vacation i plan on doing shiukder and chest training with resistance and bodyweight workouts for my core and jump rope for cardio

If your starving your not doing it right. I eat 5 meals a day and have a protein shake and still only ingest 1750 calories.
