Why is rice better than macaroni? The nutrition is the same.

- olive oil in pan
- broccoli, peas/beans and salmon in pan
- 2 minutes
- spoon of butter in pan, fersh thyme in pan, half a lemon in pan, glove of garlic in pan, all into the butter and next to the salmon
- 3-4 minutes
- turn salmon around
- 2-3 minutes
- drench the half lemon over the salmon
- salt and pepper (freshly shredded pepper)
