Then again ive been lifting for 5 years and do heavy compound lifts without a belt that require a lot of core strength/development.

Try heavy squats and deadlifts instead of lifting like a faggot

Either your abdominal muscles are small or your body stores more fat on your stomach rather than other areas of your body.

You need to do more ab related exercises and lifting while bulking. Then after awhile you can shed off the weight you just gained on the bulk. Repeat until you are satisfied

What bf are you at now? Also post pic

Do some actual ab exercises. Maybe follow a body building workout if you want aesthetics instead of mostly strength.

Have you done a squat before?

You have to do sit ups and boxer sit ups and all that shit

I personally have ascended to the point where I hang upside down from a pull up bar and do sit ups.

Either that's genetics or you're not %12.

I have visible abs as high %15, but I also have a gut. Those last few % points shrink my waistline like nothing else.
