I am not muscular but I obviously have muscle mass.

I went from actively trying to lose all of my muscle mass to now lean bulking. I have only been hitting the gym for roughly a month. I am realistically exactly where I would be given those conditions.

I know what I'm doing. It is a lean bulk, so I will probably put on muscle slower than if I just ate whatever the fuck I wanted, but that is preferable to becoming part fatty .

I didn't make this thread asking for lifting advice, I just wanted a conservative estimate on how much bodyfat it looks like I have. I would guess 12-14%

Sorry bruh, but being honest with yourself about your shape is the best way to start to adress it.

The less muscle mass you have, the bigger portion of your total weight fat will take up.

Basically bf% is bullshit because we're actively using muscle mass to 'dilute' our body fat %.

If you had normal amounts of muscle I'd put you around 20%, seeing how you have none I'm more inclined to 25-30%

I max out half the machines. I look less muscular because my muscles are flattened. I rarely eat carbohydrates.
