My main goal from weightlifting is to not look like shit. The reason I started lifting was because of my pear-shaped body. After doing SS for a few months I evolved from a pear into a centaur.
What kind of routine/diet should I go on to make my upper body larger and my legs smaller?

Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift/Power Clean
B
Front Squat
Bench (well, bench - pec, triceps, lats)
Dips (chest, front delt, triceps, lower traps)
Rows (the whole fucking back, obliques, forearms, rear delts)
Pull-ups/Chin-ups (forearms, back, chinups for biceps and abs)
Maybe even fucking curls or something. (for biceps because why the fuck not)

work lower body once a week only and it can even be sprints or something there is nothing magical about squat if you aren't doing it a a competition lift. can you do pull ups/chin ups. focus on those and start with negatives. also work on or up to dips. both of those movements are vertical though so make sure you also do rowing and horizontal pushing. your bodyfat looks ok as well i think you just need a more developed upper body.

Do a 3 upper 2 lower split. Problem fixed in 3-6 months.
this is an intriguing type of split. Do you have experience with it yourself? Seems like the volume on upper could get sorta tiring to me. Why not Candito or Greyskull?
