Most of the pain has gone away, and it feels a little better every day. I'm still not taking any chances and am staying away from weights until the pains completely gone, it sucks watching my gains slip away from me every day. For now my "workouts" have been stretching and regaining ROM. Moral of the story is stretch a little every day or you're gonna snap your shit up
