I did skullcrushers and bent-over rows yesterday for the first time and felt like I had downs syndrome, but I was still better than the DYELs there, so it'll take time but get confident nigga.

Routine? I'm the same height and went from 180 to currently 143. How did going down to 120s feel? I'm looking pretty skelly already so kinda hesitant to keep cutting but it's what I should do.

I didn't really have a routine. Basically what I did was restrict my calorie intake to around 1800 a day then add cardio and basic calisthenic work ontop of that. Just recently around a month ago I started a 5x5 program and have already seen a noticeable improvement off of that
The chubby cheeks came off with the weight loss really...

Dips and Chin ups 3 x 10 (I go 3 x F when I do them weighted) - these are super setted
Ez bar curls 3 x 10
Overhead cable extensions 3 x 10
Cable chest flies 3 x 10
B Back and Shoulders
OHP 5 x 5
Pull ups 3 x 10 (3 x F when I do them weighted)
Barbell rows 3 x 10
T bar rows 3 x 10
dumbbell pull overs 3 x 10
Super set side and back later raises 5 x F
Dumbbell shrugs 5 x 10-12
C
Squats 5 x 5 (High bar sometimes low bar)
Calf raise machine 3 x 10
Leg Press 3 x 10
Lying leg curls 3 x 10
C2
Deadlifts 3x5, 3x3, 3x1
Some more random dead work like pause sets or ab training

You can change up the compound lift rep scheme to 3x10 or 3x5, or even 3x5, 3x3, 3x1 they're mostly for ego and heavy lifting. I try to do at least 20 minutes of cardio at the end and I do cardio + abs during rest days.
sometimes I end up just doing AxBxCx during shitty weeks or during good weeks I can go ABABxC.
