I used to not care about flexibility, I thought yoga and stretches were girly. now my back is all messed up and I spend at least 30 minutes daily on stretching

- cat of 9 tails x 50 lashes
- wooden plank to the lower back x 3
- sleep on wood floor x 3 months
repeat daily, for best results.

I recommend a slight bounce/pulse for that dynamic goodness, just dont push yourself to where it hurts.

A little bit of slight discomfort is fine. It should mostly feel good though

Eventually ostrich walking will be easy for you to do with locked knees, and then you can try touching the ground with your palms flat on the ground, knees locked, and elbows slightly bent, overtime increase the bend in the elbow.

Or stand on a step and try to touch the ground below it, first with fingertips, then knuckles, then fist, then palm
