My friends noticed my arms, just a couple months after starting. I didint see it though.

when i started training to failure i started noticing visual muscle gains
lats got wider
triceps finally got a little bigger
overall i did get bigger arms and legs before that but hard to say if it was muscle because i had put on so much body fat

Traps, it's always been traps for me. I can see the difference after about 4 weeks, they go from incredibly flat to start bouldering.
