really need to get that body fat % down. I'm 6'1" 225 and my back is a lot more toned. Having a higher bfp makes you look bigger since 1lb of fat is significantly larger than 1lb of muscle. However it's way worse for your heart and general health.

I play rugby in the summer and fall and wrestling in the winter so my cutting cycles are basically reversed. I play a 6 so I like having some weight behind me. I wrestle 184 and I can get there at around 7-8%. I was measured hydrostatic last week and I was 15.9%, and I carry a lot of my fat in my back area.

Oh a lot dude. Mostly underhand rows 6x12 with rest pause. DB rows, heavy 4x8. Wide grip lat push downs. Tons of rear delt flyes and face pulls. Snatch grip deads, high volume.

how do you rest pause 6x12? Typically the reps decrease so you can continue to actually hit each one

Essentially.

It's 6x12-18 reps with 12 working reps short pause and then grinding out as many as possible until I hit 6 with the same weight.

It's easy and takes little time, increasing overall amount of work performed.

might give that a go tomorrow with bent rows, I've been intending to go light because my lumbar and hips have been fucked so this could be a good compromise
