Help

Maybe

Help me

>mfw i watched a chinese guy struggle to pull 95lbs

Hmmm

Pls

>tfw I watched a tiny chinese dude pull 4pl8s yesterday
Shit was cray

keep going with strict, controlled form and keep your body properly fueled/rested. it's not about numbers; it's about progress.

>DL 4pl8
>Skwat 3pl8
>OHP 155

Drumroll....
>Binch: 185
Not surprisingly my chest looks like complete shit

But it's embarrassing

ok, well the alternative is continuing to suck so.............

m8 im new to lifting but im afraid ill end up in the same place.
>dead: 235
>squat: 185
>ohp: 90
>bench: 120....

how to stop bench being a shit?

tfw bench 1RM is 120kg while dl 1RM is 140kg

It doesn't matter how much you pull. Stop comparing yourself to others. Before you know it you'll blow past 2 pl8 and then onto 3. This takes training, time, and proper dieting to get where you want. Don't be discouraged, we're all gonna make it

>struggling to get 115lbs on 5x5 squats

What am I even doing?

LITERALLY nobody cares. It's either stopping now and being a miserable waste, or progressing until you reach your goal.

True guys

I guess it's only my 6th time even doing the lift so it's not bad?

mixed grip or double overhand for beginners

>tfw recovering skelly just beginning to lift
>only bench 40lbs and the max weight I can take on arm workouts are 40lbs
>back workouts at 70lbs

I feel so weak compared to everyone else desu

who gives a fuck what the numbers are, keep at it and slowly ad more weight and stop being a bitch

Man, I remember when I was in your position. It was the most satisfying phase of my lifting "career". Every extra rep, every 5lbs I added felt like a huge success. Just keep going and enjoy your gains.

Bump

Stay motivated man, The number on the plates are not important, you want to be better than your former self, not others.

My stats (bar included, 4X8):

>> DL: 176lbs (80kg)
>> Squat: 209 (95kg)
>> Bench (Dumbbells): 70.4lbs each (32 Kg)

>> 25 y/o 5'11 (1m80)

>OHP 120
>bench 150
how the fuck did this happen

to make things even better, my left pec is twice the fucking size of my right one even though I'm right handed

Just
Lift
More
Often

Don't worry about that, I started when my body consisted of only fat and nothing else, I could do any exercise with the empty bar at best at first..
Doing squats and deads at 265lbs now and making steady progress.

>been lifting for 4 months
>max DL is 115kg

Maybe if you didn't waste work outs by going for shit-tier 1RMs

I dont

I just add 2.5kg each week and then one week I went for 115kg and only got 2 reps

Lbs or kg?

I'm slowly working my way back up to 130kg again, I'm at 115 right now.

Push-ups and dips do wonders.

i hit that number after 4 months and dgaf, just keep progressing and be happy

1m80 < 5'11
I'm sorry

Never compare yourself to others, only to yourself. If you lift more than the previous workout, you've succeeded. And who cares how long it takes? The time passes anyway and anything worth doing takes a lot of time and effort. Enjoy the ride big guy.

Non U.S. here, I always used this one

grosseleute.de/page11.html?inch

5'10 is 1m78-79 in my book

This

>6th time deadlifting
shut the fuck up and keep lifting.

I have been struck at 130 kg for a month now
Whenever I try heavier weights, I feel sharp pain
from my bones. Is it possible to surpass that
limitation?

Sam boat bruh. 5 pounds at a time. We're gonna make it.

Also
Eat
Enough
Food

Just start lower and add 5 pounds every lift. You'll get to the big plates eventually.

I deadlift 250 before I switched to stronglifts. It's better for your body to slowly climb.

>doing stronglifts for 6 months
>squat only 74kg

No it is bad but that doesn't matter because it's going to get better. That's what everybody is telling you so shut the fuck up about and get back to lifting, eating, and sleeping because that's the only way anything changes

Thanks lad

My creatine just came in, that should help, shouldn't it?

have fun balding

You can add like 10kg per workout to your deadlift as a beginner m8. My mate pulled 100kg after a month of lifting.

How is that even possible

I'm already bald as it is

I don't know, I'm weak but the squat is my worst lift by far, I can bench more than I squat

>can bench 200lbs+ for reps
>can OHP 140lbs for reps
>can't DL 295lbs for even a clean single

who /upperbody4days/ here?
