Piano man says he never takes rest days - is this possible for a natty?

Recently, I've been sleeping 10 hours, eating +900 calories and lifting every other day instead of 3 days a week and I feel fine.

>is this possible for a natty

no

Yes it's possible, but your gains will be affected and you will probably feel like shit, unless you are doing some kind of faggy half assed work out

never taking a rest day means that you do not HIIT every day

Do not take training advice from roiders

>is this possible for a natty?

Yes but your workout intensity has to be so little it's not even worth it.

>means you do not high intensity interval training
Or you could just be lifting heavy weights instead of being that faggot who prances around the gym lifting baby weights and not resting.

>eating +900 calories

>+900
brah you're just gonna get fat, if you're just an average joe

Good job, you're gonna see some gains, eat more protein.

+900 calories his maintananence

fuck off dumb ape

Yes, that's fucking exactly what I'm laughing at you fucking retard.

Just kill yourself please.

>10 hours of sleep every day
NEET with depression detected

hi fatass

>eating 900 calories over maintenance is perfectly fine

Tumblr pls go

What is life like in Aushwitz, DYEL feggits?

Well clearly it is, as Rich is natty and he manages it

Whatever Piana says, do the opposite.

>never taking rest days
Don't do this it creates Mustard Gas.

+250 is maximum that can be used to make muscle in a clean bulk

+900 is going to add way more fat than muscle

>being retarded
wew

I'm working over summer in my University and have loads of time to cook my meal and sleep.

>muh abs

>fat logic
you're gonna bulk too hard and then spend half a year cutting, enjoy that

If you lift hard, eat sensibly and recover properly you won't bulk above 20% even natty

>lifting every other day

So you have three or four rest days every week...that's hardly pushing it, even for a natty. Plenty of natural lifters run PPLPPLX or ABCABCX splits without overtraining. It comes down to building a program/routine that allows sufficient recovery for each muscle group.
