Dick growing exercises are just a meme. Best this you can do for your dick is loose weight, do a lot of cardio, and get strong. The healthier your cardiovascular system is, the harder and more effective your dick will get. Train with weights and work your abdomen for increased fucking efficiency. Burning fat and building muscle will also burn away fat on your pubic (pelvic?) mound, exposing more of your dick.

You can please a woman as long as you're fit and have a decently sized dick. 6 inches in length with a circumference of 5 inches is good enough for the job.

That's like saying "if eating clean and lifting worked, everyone would have perfect bodies." Just because most people don't do it, that isn't necessarily proof that it doesn't work.

i have a weird penis(grower) im usualy between 1in and 4in when soft...

and 6in when hard

but working out (and having a gf maybe) make my penis have a constant pump

I do, I've gained a solid half inch in girth. Not sure about length because not confident in the accuracy of my measuring when I first started. But girth, a half inch for sure. I've went months without any sort of PE and it's stayed so it definitely isn't some temporary thing.
I'm not so sure about stretching though, diesnt seem like enough force to actually increase length. I've been doing erect bends and then doing stretches afterwards and feel like that's alot more effective. I can actually feel my dick/ligs being stretched when I do that buts it's been pretty hard to stay consistent with them. Hard to stay consistent with any sort of PE nowadays desu. I was alot more into it when I was 17-18.

Just be wary if shills. One thing I've noticed is that the biggest gainers are always mods. It's weird, sometimes the gains they claim don't even seem possible and the fact that they are mods and alot of times try to push products on people worries me.
