I'm still on the three day la. I drive 30ish minutes to the gym and it's fucking annoying and the tonnage is similar on the three day so I figured I'd do that since I have nothing to do before work during the day besides vidya, reading, or beach so 2.5ish hours at the gym isn't so bad.

I'm going to mix in some fungramming to make it harder and more interesting, the 5pl8 hack squat being an example, Jefferson rack pulls coming up, that kind of stuff
