Bout tree fitty

Looks like about 2.5 cups of shrimp and fried beef. Gonna ballpark it at about 4 fiddy. Low carb, pretty moderate fats, decently high protein.

I'm guessing 150 grams of shrimp and 250 grams of rice

475 calories + sauce is probably 500 calories

>low carb
>on a bed of white rice

it has fuck you calories and piss off macros

sauce is probably at least 100 calories bruh

oh there is fried beef too?

google.com/#q=fried beef calories

make that about 600 calories then

You retarded? This has heaps of carbs and fats.

Obviously you don't need to eat all the rice

probably about

>50-60g protein
>30-35g fat
>120g carbs? i cant really see all the rice, looks like over 2 cups

that's a hefty meal breh

seven hundred and eighty nine thousand

600 - 600

High carb and fat, medium protein.
Not bad as a takeout, could be worse.

shit 600 - 800 lmao

at least 800. that's a fuck ton of rice

Would of been a nice meal if it had less rice and some nice veggies

""""""""Obviously"""""""" he asked how many calories were in the plate.

Maybe you should pursue a career in chemistry and figure out the exact amount.

Sauces on food are always hard to estimate, but around 900-1000

1000+ because that meat is grisly as fuck and probably 50% fat. Then you have a bed of rice and whatever sauce is on it as well.

Asian style takeout food is deceptively high in calories because most chinks use OBSCENELY low grade meat cuts to maximise profits.

That's why whenever you order takeout, anything other than chicken or steak is a scam.

you dont have to be a chemist to blend up something and see how long it takes to heat up 1 degree celcius

what that called?

i fukkin want 1

Can you actually count calories that way ? Sounds fun desu

850 if bulking
1100 if cutting

This is not how measuring kcal works...

Too many. Throw it away and go home OP.

At least 10

Wow...this is why fat people stay fat...." I counted all the calories!"
