Why not just use barbell most people I know can't even press 60kg for 5 reps in my gym. Let alone 55kg each dumbell. Way to fuck your shit up senpai.

Mate, maybe in wrong and its a complete tragedy. Maybe youre gifted at OHP. Im basing it off im similar height to you and when i boxed at 60kilo, no way in fuck could i OHP that and i wasnt exactly piss weak in my other lifts.

.I mixed up my rep ranges, once a week was 3x3 with a 10 rep set after, once a week was 5x5. Ive always been behind on my OHP compared to anything else.
