Deadlifted 192kg yesterday at 86kg bodyweight.
Not spectacular but a good step on the road to regaining the strength I lost on my cut.

I mean, it's not awesome. but I was experimenting a lot at this point with different cues and shit, obviously this one wasn't working. when this webm video was taken, I was also dealing with some pain in my left hip and right calf, so there's that.

at near-maximal weights, of course there are going to be some form issues. shit's hard in the 95+% range.

Managed to do a single deadhang pull up. Only took a few days of negatives
Pressed lmao1pl8 overhead 65 reps over the course of the day, mostly in triples and doubles, a couple singles from time to time.
Up from 20 reps in one day, which was how much i did yesterday.
Grease the groove is the greatest way to build strength endurance. Lowering the weight is some pussy shit.

Lost 10 pounds, down to 181 lbs at 5'7". My deadlift is now at 325 lbs. I am actually happy to see my progress and want to continue cutting.

it took me so long to reach lmao1plaetbench. Once I broke that hymen though, I started making weekly gains...2.5inch plate at a time. At 1.5ishplates now.
It felt so fucking good to finally hit 1plate. Benching a non-plate looks so fucking pussycore, it was embarrassing. Doing a bunch of non-barbell-bench chest workouts and going hard with it helped me hit that mark. Going with DB instead of barbell helped a lot, also using a cable crossover and hitting every fucking angle til I felt like dying helped. DB flys too.
We're all gonna make it.
Finally fixing my injuries and imbalances which is letting me lift what my muscles can and not what my shitty joints etc will allow.
That and I probably look the best I ever have.
